Privacy Policy
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and protected when you visit or interact with the official Q Bosilini website (the “Site”).
The Site is the official website of Q Bosilini. In this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Q Bosilini and any person who operates or administers the Site on his behalf, as applicable to the activity involved.
The operation of the Site does not transfer ownership of Q Bosilini’s artist identity, music, recordings, trademarks, copyrights, likeness, or other intellectual property except where a separate written agreement expressly provides otherwise.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information that you voluntarily provide through the Site.
Early-Access Signup (Discontinued)
The Site previously offered a free early-access signup for a possible physical release. That signup has ended, and the Site no longer collects early-access signups.
Information submitted through that signup (name, email address, and signup date and time) may still be held in the Site’s form-processing records. Signing up did not reserve a product, constitute a purchase, or create an obligation to sell a product. You may ask about or request deletion of information you submitted, as described in Section 12.
Business Inquiries
When you submit a business inquiry, we may collect:
- name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- company or organization, if provided;
- inquiry category;
- message content; and
- other information you voluntarily include.
Business inquiries may include booking, features or collaborations, press or media requests, and other professional communications.
Orders and Commerce
The Site does not currently sell products or process payments, and does not collect payment information. If sales are offered in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated before sales begin to describe the information collected for orders.
2. Automatically Collected Technical Information
The Site and its hosting, security, form-processing, or other technology providers may automatically receive limited technical information when you access or use the Site.
This may include:
- IP address;
- browser type;
- device type;
- operating system;
- referring or requested pages;
- date and time of access;
- server and security logs;
- form-submission metadata; and
- similar information used to operate, secure, diagnose, and maintain the Site.
The Site does not currently use advertising pixels or behavioral-advertising technology.
If analytics, advertising technology, or materially different tracking tools are added in the future, this Privacy Policy may be updated to describe those practices.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Site to:
- respond to business inquiries;
- communicate regarding bookings, collaborations, press, media, or other professional matters;
- provide requested information;
- communicate about matters you requested or agreed to receive;
- maintain business records;
- prevent spam, fraud, abuse, or security incidents;
- operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
- enforce applicable agreements and policies;
- protect legal rights and property; and
- comply with applicable law.
4. Email and Promotional Communications
We send email only in response to a message you sent us or to communicate about a matter you requested. The Site does not currently operate a promotional mailing list.
If promotional email is sent in the future, it will include a reasonable method for unsubscribing where required. Replies to business inquiries and other communications you requested are not promotional messages.
5. How Information May Be Shared
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to operate the Site or provide requested services.
Recipients may include:
- website hosting providers;
- form-processing providers;
- email or communication providers;
- technology and security providers;
- accountants, professional advisers, or administrative service providers;
- personnel authorized to administer the Site on Q Bosilini’s behalf; and
- a successor Site operator or owner as described below.
Service providers may receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their functions.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, governmental requests, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect the rights, safety, and property of Q Bosilini, the Site, its operators, users, or others.
We do not presently sell personal information to third parties for monetary consideration.
6. Change of Website Operator or Ownership
The Site’s ownership, management, hosting, fulfillment, or other operational responsibilities may change over time.
If the Site or substantially all relevant website operations are transferred to another authorized person or entity, information reasonably associated with those operations may be transferred as part of that transition, subject to applicable law and the privacy commitments applicable at the time of transfer.
A successor operator may publish an updated privacy policy identifying its role and practices.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Site or its service providers may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies when technically necessary to operate features, maintain security, remember user preferences, process transactions, or provide functionality requested by the visitor.
Additional analytics or advertising technologies may be introduced in the future. If their use materially changes the Site’s privacy practices, this Policy may be updated accordingly.
Browser controls may allow you to restrict certain cookies or stored information. Disabling technical storage may affect some Site functionality.
8. Third-Party Websites and Services
The Site may link to or interact with third-party services, including music-streaming platforms, social-media platforms, video services, and other external websites.
Examples may include Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, social-media services, EMPIRE-related destinations, and other services displayed on the Site.
Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. This Privacy Policy does not control information collected directly by an unaffiliated third party after you leave or interact with an external service.
9. Data Retention
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including to:
- respond to inquiries;
- maintain business, accounting, and tax records;
- resolve disputes;
- prevent abuse or fraud; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, anonymized, or retained where permitted or required by law.
10. Data Security
Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect information within the systems under our control.
However, no Internet transmission, website, hosting service, email system, or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Third-party providers are responsible for the security of information within systems they independently operate.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly seek personal information from children under 13 through the Site. If we become aware that information has been collected from a child under 13 in circumstances requiring parental consent, we may delete it as appropriate.
12. Privacy Requests
Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights concerning personal information associated with you, which may include requesting access, correction, or deletion.
You may ask us to delete information you submitted through the Site, including through the discontinued early-access signup.
Privacy-related requests may be submitted through the Site’s business inquiry/contact system. Select Privacy / Legal as the inquiry type and provide enough information for us to reasonably identify the relevant record.
We may request reasonable verification before acting on a request involving personal information.
Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary to maintain required records, protect legal rights, prevent fraud, or comply with law.
13. Tennessee Privacy Law
Certain privacy laws, including the Tennessee Information Protection Act, apply only when statutory applicability requirements are met.
Where a privacy law applies to the Site or an applicable operator, the responsible operator will provide and honor the rights and disclosures required by that law.
Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated as the Site, its operators, technology, or legal requirements change.
The revised version will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date.
Material changes may also be communicated through other reasonable means when required by law.
15. Contact
Questions about this Privacy Policy or privacy practices may be submitted through the business inquiry/contact form on the official Q Bosilini website.
Select Privacy / Legal as the inquiry type so the message can be routed appropriately.
